Mini-course "Libyans in Roman Africa: stigmatization, resistance and integration"

The 4-hour mini-course is aimed at undergraduate and graduate students of History and Archaeology, under the theme “Libyans in Roman Africa: stigmatization, resistance and integration” and taught by Professor Belchior Monteiro Lima Neto, from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES) Brazil, within the framework of the project entitled “History and Archaeology in Ancient Africa: new historiographical perspectives from the excavations in the Maghreb and the Sahara”, of which he is Principal Investigator.
This MINI-COURSE is organized and supported by the Archaeology Unit and the Department of History, in collaboration with Lab2PT/IN2Past, under the responsibility of Maria do Carmo Ribeiro, Fernanda Magalhães and Helena Carvalho.
