The course “Valuation of Ecosystem Services: Tools and Strategies for Local Government”, promoted by GreenGap Academy, has been taking place since yesterday at the University of Minho.

The course brings together participants from several Portuguese and Spanish entities interested in applying ecological valuation tools and methods to territorial management. Between theory and practice, the trainees explore models such as InVEST and participatory approaches.

The sessions are led by researchers Cláudia Carvalho-Santos (UMinho) and Paula Castro (UC).

With this meeting, collaboration in the Galicia-Northern Portugal Euroregion continues to be strengthened!
