Hélder Tiago da Silva Lopes, defended, on the 9th of May, a PhD in Geography, with specialty in Geography and Regional Planning.

The thesis, supervised by Professors Paula Cristina Almeida Cadima Remoaldo, Francisco Javier Martín-Vide and Vítor Patrício Rodrigues Ribeiro, is entitled “A influência do clima e da morfologia urbana na atividade turística da Área Metropolitana do Porto: Perceções e simulação de conforto bioclimático dos turistas”.
