The context refers to the hospital cemetery of the Third Order of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, in Porto (Portugal), whose occupation spans the years 1801 to 1869: years of cholera and war in Portugal. This collection has a significant collection made up of diverse material culture and a significant set of human biological remains.
