In collaboration with the Braga Misericórdia Memory Interpretation Centre, the bimonthly Obras Abertas initiative will take place throughout 2026, during which various historians will present their research work.

The fourth conference will be dedicated to the presentation of the work by Mikel Larrinaga Ortiz, a researcher undertaking a postdoctoral fellowship at Lab2PT, entitled “Socorro dos infelizes. Um estudo das casas de misericórdia através dos seus protagonistas (Guipúzcoa, Espanha, 1750-1850)“.
