The SHARE meetings are bi-monthly seminars created, coordinated, and held by doctoral students enrolled in the third cycle of studies at the School of Architecture, Art and Design of the University of Minho / Lab2PT. Besides being an opportunity for doctorate students to meet, each session enables a doctoral student to present the progress of their research and receive contributions from their peers.

This session is part of the new summer season, it will be collective and therefore more informal and entitled “Freedom”.

 

Abstract:
What forms or discourses of freedom do we find in our research?
We invite all participants to reflect on freedom and whether or not it is present in the work, the process itself, and the way we approach it. We ask that you please bring two or three references with images, texts, diagrams, and short videos that show your point of view.
An ongoing research exercise, in an informal session to share our discoveries, questions and daydreams during the research.
