On October 9, 2025, between 2pm and 5.15pm (mainland Portugal time), an International Seminar will be held by the group História Social a Norte.

The aim of this meeting is to bring together, in a single session, internationally renowned speakers who work on issues related to fake news and disinformation in the early modern and modern history. The 8th edition of ‘How?’ will feature Maria Antónia Lopes (CHSC/University of Coimbra, Portugal), Luís Filipe Silvério Lima (Federal University of São Paulo, Brazil), Joanna Urbanek (House of European History, Belgium) and Giulia Delogu (Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Italy).

Entrance is free.

Participation certificates will be issued to those who request them.
