Exhibition "Digital Tectonics Experiments"
The exhibition “Digital Tectonic Experiments” will open on October 7, 2026, and will remain at the EAAD Museum until December 18, 2026.
This exhibition brings together a selection of objects, prototypes, and artifacts developed at the ACTech Hub (EAAD / Lab2PT), exploring new relationships between architecture, robotics, and digital fabrication. The exhibition brings together artefacts and prototypes from leading research projects (such as FORMA, Mod3Dconstruction, KERAMOS, SIFA and INOV.AM / Rein4Concrete).
The artefacts brought together in this exhibition bear witness to an ongoing process of experimentation: tectonic explorations in which digital tools, materials and manufacturing processes intersect to investigate and expand the possibilities of contemporary architecture and construction, combining robotics, additive manufacturing, BIM and augmented reality with materials such as biopolymers, timber and recycled materials.
The focus is on knowledge transfer to industry, addressing real-world challenges in automation, modular construction and circular economy strategies (reuse and dismantling).
Come and visit us to discover research geared towards the future of sustainable architecture and construction.
