Professor Hélder Silva Lopes, geographer, integrated researcher at Lab2PT/IN2PAST and professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Minho, was the guest on the program “Largo do Toural” on Rádio Santiago, in an interview dedicated to the challenges of climate change. In a close conversation, essential dimensions were discussed, such as the need for territorial adaptation, the relevance of planning, and the importance of strengthening the resilience of communities in the face of increasingly frequent and intense phenomena.
