Professor Hélder Silva Lopes from the Department of Geography at the University of Minho and integrated researcher at Lab2PT/IN2PAST participated last week as a Keynote Speaker and member of the Scientific Committee at the Second International Seminar “Water, Climate Change, Agriculture and Territorial Development”, hosted by the University of Constantine 1 (Universidad Frères Mentouri Constantine), within the scope of the PRIMA project (FORECAST), in collaboration with the Directorate-General for Scientific Research and Technological Development (DGRSDT).
