Professor Hélder Silva Lopes, from the Department of Geography, Institute of Social Sciences, University of Minho and integrated researcher at Lab2PT/IN2PAST, participated, along with professors and researchers José Campos e Matos (EEUM – School of Engineering, University of Minho) and Cláudia Carvalho Santos (CBMA – Centre for Molecular and Environmental Biology), in the RUM program/news item “Why does Portugal fail when it rains? UMinho experts point out three major errors”.
