An application from an international consortium that includes Lab2PT has secured funding from the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) Programme, promoted by the European Union. The Lab2PT team that participated in drafting the application and will develop the project over a year and a half is composed of Bruno Madeira, Fátima Moura Ferreira, and Alexandra Esteves.
Entitled Decolonize and deconstruct narratives by building an inclusive educational history, the project aims to establish a dialogue between political, academic, and civil actors and propose measures to improve the approach of historical education to issues related to colonialism, imperialism, and racism.
