Archaeology of Mountain Landscapes.

Tarragona (Spain) hosted the eighth meeting of Cultur-Monts.

 

In the week that is now ending, between February 24th and 26th, the Portuguese team from Lab2PT, an integral member of Interreg Cultur-Monts, was in Tarragona (Spain) to participate in the eighth working meeting of the project, organized by the Instituto Català      d’Arqueologia Clàssica (ICAC), the main beneficiary of the consortium.

 

The meetings offered the various partners a program consisting exclusively of internal working meetings, aimed at:

✅ Taking stock of the activities developed in each of the five analysis windows, according to the three working groups (GT1, GT2 and GT3);

✅ Designing the joint strategy for the valorization of the heritage of mountain cultural landscapes;

✅ Projecting the roadmap for the year 2026;

✅ finally, reflecting on the continuity of the consortium in the near future.

It should also be noted that it was decided to hold the closing meeting of Cultur-Monts at the University of Minho (Braga) in November 2026.
