Between 30 January and 1 February, the 1st Arcos de Valdevez Tourism Congress took place in Arcos de Valdevez, organised by Turismo de Portugal, Porto Norte and the Arcos de Valdevez City Council.

On the 31st, as part of Panel IV – Projects and City Council, several projects developed by three members of Lab2PT were presented: Liliana Neves “The study of traditional regions and their contribution to the enhancement of the landscape. The case of Sistelo, in Arcos de Valdevez‘; Rebeca Blanco-Rotea ’Project for the Enhancement of the Forts of the Extreme in the War of Restoration‘; and Helena P. Carvalho ’CULTUR-MONTS – Enhancement of Mountain Cultural Landscapes: understanding, documenting and enhancing”.
