Lab2PT7IN2PAST researcher Rebeca Blanco Rotea integrated the jury for the Crítica da Galicia awards, in the category of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences.
These awards have been given out every year since 1978 to recognise the excellence and relevance of the most outstanding individual and collective works in the various fields of cultural creation and research in Galicia. These awards were created by civil society as a plural, independent and intergenerational platform, with the main objective of taking the pulse of Galician cultural creation.
In the category of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences, this year the jury awarded the prize to “As peregrinacións a Compostela: mito, historia e falsidades” (Pilgrimages to Compostela: myth, history and falsehoods) by the medieval historian from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Xosé Miguel Andrade Cernadas.
