Between the next 8 and 11 September, the third working meeting of the Interreg Sudoe Cultur-Monts project will take place, with an organization of the Institut Català d’Archaeology Clàssica (ICAC), the principal beneficiary of the project, and the Township of Ripoll, partner beneficiary, in Ripoll and Queralbs, in Catalonia. Portuguese teams led by Helena Carvalho (Lab2PT/IN2PAST) and Sonia Almeida (ADERE-PG) will make presence, joining the other beneficiaries of the consortium, continuing the execution of the work, in the East Pyrinees. The program to be executed will contemplate internal work meetings of the three groups, tasks and field visits, in order to know and understand, in detail, the characteristics of the mountain landscapes and heritage resources of the Ripollès-Cerdanha pilot window. Local agents will be an integral part of the work, contributing to joint identification of needs, expectations and opportunities associated with the project in order to enhance a participatory governance that ensures sustainability of the results obtained by Cultur-Monts in its conclusion.
