On 28 November, as part of the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of Aquis Querquennis, the workshop A Via Nova como oportunidade will be held, where three researchers from Lab2PT have been invited to present the results of different projects they are developing in this environment: Helena Paula Carvalho will present “The Cultur-Monts Project – Valorization of Mountain Cultural Landscapes: a resource for sustainable territorial development”; Jorge Ribeiro will present the PIPA project “BracaViae 2024-2027 – Road Landscapes: The Roman Road in the Serra do Gerês”; and Rebeca Blanco-Rotea, together with Martiño Xosé Vázquez, will present the results of the research project at the Castle of San Xoán de Bara with the presentation “Where does the castle of San Xoán de Bara look towards? Between the Bronze Age and Romanisation”.
