Living Lab with Marisa Ferreira

Artist and researcher Marisa Ferreira will guide the first-year LAV group through her exhibition, which explores how she chooses to bring an idea to life and seeks to provide glimpses into her creative process behind a selection of built and unbuilt public art projects, revealing the depth of her research and artistic practice and emphasizing the intuitive, exploratory, and experimental nature of her work.

Biography:
Marisa Ferreira – has a multidisciplinary artistic practice encompassing sculpture, painting, photography, and public art projects. Her practice explores the relationship between memory, place, and cultural identity to critically reflect on the role of the artist in interpreting and transforming the urban landscape.
