Project Title

Sertanejas farms in Seridó Potiguar: preserving and enhancing the heritage of cattle trails

Abstract

The research associates concepts directed to the preservation of the sertanejo heritage (Seridó potiguar/Brazil) through a line of research that focuses on preservation practices through studies and participative methodologies. In this sense, we resort to the architect Lina Bo Bardi through her recognized experience with cultural heritage in Brazil through her conceptions about Time, “Poetry of Existence”, and Heritage as a socio-cultural process.
