The objective of the work is to study the development of a new urban program for an area – predominantly classified by the PDM as a central space – of approximately 15ha with a high landscape and environmental potential. The study assumes a preliminary nature with guiding principles of spatial organization and general criteria for use and distribution, which must subsequently be detailed and implemented by CMG through appropriate urban management instruments, whether partially or as a whole.
