The main objectives of this project are to identify Nature-Based Solutions (NbS) in tourist areas of the Northern Region of Portugal through mapping opportunities and comparative advantages; assess the perception of local communities and other stakeholders regarding NbS interventions, and hold collaborative meetings for collective participation to develop intervention proposals and raise awareness about the importance of NbS in the context of climate change.
